It's similar in design and features to our previous choice (which we replaced with the K380 after testing it), but it has rounder, shallower keys and lacks a backlight button. Despite these minor shortcomings, we believe the K380 offers 80% of the best features of every wireless keyboard we've tested, at a significantly lower price.

The K380's keys are quite striking because round keys aren't commonly seen on computer keyboards, but we loved typing on them . Each one is slightly concave, except for those aligned with the top and bottom rows, which are convex, making them more comfortable than flat keys.

If you plan to type a lot (we're actually writing this guide with it), you'll find the Logitech K380 responsive and comfortable enough over extended periods for most of the needs of users looking for an ergonomic keyboard.

It's fast (in the sense that it's responsive, depending on your speed…) and produces satisfying key sounds that we love, because they aren't loud or like high heels, so you won't disturb other people in the room. The Logitech K380 is a wireless keyboard with keys that offer everything we expect , although the round keys have slightly larger spaces between them than a standard PC keyboard with rectangular keys.

It took us a little while to get used to the shape of the keys, and before I got the hang of it, I found myself lightly pressing the gaps between them. However, I adapted in an hour and a half and was already typing at full speed again without making any mistakes (I do make the occasional typo, haha). It reminded me of when I bought a Mac. I thought it would take me weeks to adapt to the new keyboard shortcuts and everything, but I had it down in two days. Well, typing on this computer keyboard was even easier.

The K380 wireless keyboard has a textured plastic coating that doesn't make us feel like we have something cheap on our toes (unlike the model we have chosen for the tightest budget), in addition to the fact that does not accumulate oils and sweat (but don't do a Pa Amb Tomàquet at…).

The biggest advantage of this model compared to any other Bluetooth keyboard is its long battery life . Bad things (or not so good)

While it's our favorite for productivity, no wireless keyboard model is perfect, so let's see where it fails. First, the K380 does not have a specific model for Windows, Mac, or Linux. There is only one model and the peripheral itself recognizes which operating system you are using by synchronizing the keys according to which one. If we press Ctrl in the lower left loop with Fn immediately to the right, it's a traditional thing for Windows keyboards, but the other way around for Mac users. Okay, it doesn't sound too bad and for most people this won't be a problem. .

As we've already mentioned, it also lacks backlighting, a common feature on gaming keyboards , but perhaps not as important if you primarily want to type and browse. Personally, we didn't mind it and prefer the lack of backlighting in exchange for such long battery life , but that's a matter of personal preference. Better ergonomic keyboard. Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic

Within the world of ergonomic keyboards, the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic has been our favorite among all the models we tested for this comparison. It excelled in every aspect . The split design kept our wrists straight at all times, and the keys feel high-quality, like a good laptop keyboard.

Furthermore, its compact design and separate numbers mean that the arm you use to operate the mouse will never be in an awkward position —something often overlooked when buying a cheap ergonomic keyboard. The Sculpt Ergonomic has a long wrist rest that has prevented wrist strain.

The curved shape of the wireless keyboard has also prevented my wrists from getting a full rest, which is a good idea. Due to the height of some desks, some people use their keyboards without the small kickstand that raises them slightly. Ideally, the kickstand would bring your wrists to the same level, with a slight downward angle. However, the desk we tested it on was high enough that my hands remained level while typing. In regular use over about three weeks of testing, we didn't experience any wrist fatigue.

On the downside, the F1-F12 and Esc keys are small buttons rather than keys, making them less comfortable to press since they're not a standard size. The keys don't feel as good as mechanical ones, but they're still better than most membrane keyboards.

If you spend all day typing (like I do), then we recommend switching to one of Logitech's models. The K810 for Windows and the K811 for Mac. If you're looking for something simple for under €30, this is the model for you. It's nothing fancy, it doesn't have any special features, but if you need a Bluetooth keyboard for everyday use, the K270 is the one we found to be the best fit for the job.

Unlike other basic models we've tested, this one has a large Enter key and extra buttons on the top bar for controlling your media: play, skip forward and backward, home, and even email and calculator.

The keys have felt good to the touch. Maybe we would like less noise although it is nothing that stands out above the average. It has a simple, flat design commensurate with the price, with a whiter color on the sides and back.

It is not specially designed to spend long hours writing, although if you have to do it sporadically one day, you will not notice much discomfort in your wrists. If you have to do it more, we would already recommend one of the other models that we have talked about.
